1. Can Anyone Join the Challenge?
Absolutely! The LiveWELL 10,000 STEP 90-DAY CHALLENGE is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you’re young, old, or somewhere in between, this challenge is designed for anyone looking to improve their health, get moving, and have a little fun. Join us and take the first step towards better health!
2. How Do I Track My Steps?
Tracking your steps is easy! You can use any step-tracking app on your smartphone, such as Google Fit, Apple Health, Fitbit, or Samsung Health. These apps are user-friendly and will help you keep track of your daily progress. Simply choose the app that works best for you, and let’s get stepping!
3. Are We Only Doing 10K Steps a Day, or Can We Do More?
The goal of the challenge is to walk 10,000 steps every day. However, if you’re feeling up to it and want to do more, go for it! Extra steps mean extra benefits for your health. Just remember, consistency is key, so focus on hitting that 10,000-step mark daily. If you’ve got the energy to go further, that’s even better!
4. What Is the Cost to Join the Challenge?
Great news – it’s absolutely FREE to join the LiveWELL 10,000 STEP 90-DAY CHALLENGE! We’ve made it easy for everyone to take part, so there’s no reason not to sign up. Your health is worth the time and effort, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
5. Where Can You Sign Up?
To register for the challenge, you’ll need to come in person to one of our LiveWELL Clinics. This is important because we want to start your journey with some key health checks – blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, weight, and height. These tests are all included for free when you sign up.
